Rottweiler Bros is pleased to welcome you to our online
catalog. We're starting our 7th year in business, and if you've
never met us before, we're REAL! We're not just a company that
was dreamed up to do business online that may be gone tomorrow.
Originally we started as a mail
order company. We still ARE a mail order company, but WE NO LONGER
PRODUCE A PAPER CATALOG! (Printing and mailing costs are OUTRAGEOUS!)
This should also keep your friends from stealing it, and your
dogs from eating it!
We've tried to design our website so that it is user

unique, quality merchandise. While not everything we sell is our
own design, we're pretty picky about the things we offer that
we haven't designed.

At Rottweiler Bros., we take a little different approach
to doing business than many companies do. Most of our customers
are also our friends--we're all in this dog thing together, now
aren't we? Our goals are the same now as when we started--providing
QUALITY merchandise with UNIQUE designs, all of which portray
Rottweilers and other breeds in a favorable light.
We want to know what you like about our products and
what you don't. Tell us. Many of the items we sell have been designed
or developed with input from our customers. If you have a problem
with something, we need to know about it. Then we can either fix
it or quit selling it. (You may have thought of a way to test
our stuff that we haven't.) We view our relationship with our
customers as a two-way street, and we try to keep the potholes
filled in both lanes.
One of our highest priorities is rescue of all breeds
of dogs. A portion of the proceeds from many things we sell go
toward rescue efforts (but not everything). We've tried to indicate
clearly what does generate funds for rescue and what doesn't.
(It's pretty much a design thing.)

The Fine Print
(or what to do if you don't like your stuff and other important
info, presented in not-so-fine print)
Rottweiler Bros. hopes that you enjoy any item that
you order from us. Our number one priority is value for the money
and we have worked long and hard during the past six years to
earn the reputation we enjoy. The majority of items that we offer
come from sources in the US. Whenever possible, we also use local
small businesses and craftsmen. This allows us to replenish our
inventory more quickly, which results in lower prices--and better
value for you.
- PRODUCT PICTURES: We utilize line drawings in some cases to show you
most of the items we have. On our website, we've tried to make
the pictures as large as possible, without involving incredibly
long times to load. If you feel that you can't see something
well enough, let us know and we'll email you a bigger one!
- SIZING: Most of the items we carry run in sizes that are
standard uni-sex sizes in our industry. Occasionally, we run
across something that is "generously sized," or "oversized."
If it is, we say so. If you need a special size, please ask.
We can order many sizes that are not listed because of space
limitations. All special order items of this nature are subject
to the special order terms listed below.
- AVAILABILITY: We make every effort to make sure that every item
we offer is available. Occasionally, however, an item may be
unavailable for some reason beyond our control. If this happens,
we will offer you the option of substituting an item of similar
quality, etc. or will refund your money to you.
- SPECIAL ORDERS, PERSONALIZED
ITEMS: Special orders are usually
just that, something very special in size or color that not everyone
else wants. Because of this, we must specify that there can be no returns on them, unless
it is for a manufacturing defect. (This is also the case with personalized items,
unless the error is ours.) Please
email, mail or FAX your personalization requirements to us, so
that we can make sure we've spelled everything the way you have
requested it. We will take telephone orders for personalized
items, however we require that you give us a FAX number where
you can be reached so we may send you a proof of your personalization.
(This speeds up the process.) In the case of a custom coat,
you may want to utilize our Jacket Trial Program.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All international orders must be paid by Credit Card.
If ordering internationally, email us your order and then call
us at 970-656-3838. Shipping and handling on overseas items is
normally billed at the actual rate, and no handling is charged.
Specify how you prefer to have your order shipped to you overseas.
Many of our International customers order by FAX, which is the
fastest way to get your order to us!
- RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with any item you receive
from us, contact us for exchange or refund authorization. We
make every effort to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.
If you are returning an item to us, send the package securely
wrapped and prepaid. WE
ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS RETURNED TO US FOR EXCHANGE OR
REFUND THAT ARE LOST OR DAMAGED IN SHIPPING. We suggest, in fact, insuring these items for your
protection. Special orders and personalized items CANNOT be returned
except in cases of manufacturer's defects. Shipping and handling
fees are not refundable.
- ORDERING: Call us 800-790-0405 to place credit card orders
placed from within the U.S. (Int'l Orders, see above) or email
us with all your ordering information EXCEPT your credit card
no. Call our 800 no. with that information. Special order merchandise
and personalized merchandise is billed to your credit card at
the time the order is placed. Regular stock items are billed
to your credit card at the time the order is shipped. To order
by mail, complete the order form on the opposite page. All items
paid by check are held a minimum of 10 days prior to shipping.
You may FAX your order to us at the number on the order blank
24 hours a day.
- SHIPPING: Most items are shipped Priority Mail, so you should
have them within five days of shipping. We normally ship items
within a maximum of two weeks of receiving your order. (In most
cases, sooner.) In stock items ship within two days after your
order is received when paid by credit card. For an additional
$6 per item, we can gift wrap and ship your item, along with
an enclosed gift card directly to the recipient. Regular shipping and handling charges
in the U.S. are INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF ALL ITEMS.
