Jacket trial program

At Rottweiler Bros., we believe that a custom jacket is an investment, and we want you to be happy with your new coat, so we instituted our jacket trial program.

Once you've made up your mind as to the style, color and size of the coat that you want, call us and let us know.

We'll ship the undecorated jacket to you, and charge only the base jacket price plus shipping. You can try it on, make sure it fits, and is indeed the coat that you want.

Then you ship it back to us and decorating proceeds according to your specifications. When it's ready, we ship it back to you, and you are charged at this point for only the decorating--you've already paid for the coat. Shipping is included in the price on this trip.

If you decide it's NOT the coat you want, that's fine too. As long as it's returned in new condition, we'll exchange it for another, or refund your money.

This is a good program for both you and Rottweiler Bros. Once custom decorating has been done, we can't accept returns for anything other than manufacturing defects. You don't want to go to the time, effort and expense in custom designing your coat, only to find that it doesn't fit.

The jacket trial program also works well if you are giving a custom coat as a gift. You can give the undecorated jacket to the recipient, and then send it back for decorating. (There's no sense having a wonderful surprise turn into a rude shock!)
