How to order a custom jacket

Because the only limit on what we can do is your imagination, there are countless options available to make a custom coat truly custom.

1. Select the type of coat you want. Longer length,? Short? Lightweight? A parka? Each coat is shown with a base price--the price BEFORE decoration.

2. Make sure it comes in a size that will fit you. Some jackets come in extra tall sizes (XLT). Others come in only women's sizes. (This is shown in the sizes listed for each coat.)

3. Does the coat come in a color you like? We try to offer a variety of coats in a variety of colors to suit all tastes. Embroidered designs can be tailored to coat colors or other preferences you may have. Each jacket described indicates whether it is suitable for printing or embroidery, and what type of embroidery.

4. Decide what type of design interests you most. You can see the designs available for coats by clicking on the coat designs link. Each design listed includes a price for that design.

5. Does the design you like include a patch? We have patches of a variety of breeds available in four sizes (small, medium, large, extra large.) Each size is suitable for different uses, as described on our patch page.

6. Do you want to use your kennel name or other lettering? Contact us. Prices on lettering vary by size and style because of stitch count and letter arrangement. Normally, you can estimate the price of lettering on a jacket back at $2 per letter.

7. Do you have a design of your own? We can also digitize your own design for use on embroidered items. There is an extra charge for this, based on the complexity of the design. We can estimate the cost for you if you provide us a copy of the art. We recommend this usually in cases where you will have several items embroidered, to better spread out the cost of digitizing. Once a design is digitized, it can then usually be embroidered in several sizes.
